I'm Will Rizakos — an ISSA-certified personal trainer based in Etobicoke. I've spent the last two years coaching clients hands-on through co-op placements, working with everyone from complete beginners to people getting back into training after years away.

Here's the honest pitch: I'm early in my career, and that's exactly why my rates are what they are. You get the same certification, the same programming fundamentals, and frankly more attention than you'd get at a big-box gym — because I keep my client list small and I'm personally invested in every single result.

Every client starts with a real conversation about your goal, your schedule, and what's actually realistic for your life. Then we build from there — and adjust every week based on how your body responds.

Every client starts the same way — with a free conversation. If we're a fit, we build your program. If we're not, you lose nothing.

STEP 01

Free consult

15 minutes, in person or on a call. We talk about your goal, your schedule, your training history, and any injuries. You ask me anything.

STEP 02

Custom program

I build your plan around your life — not the other way around. Training days, exercise selection, and nutrition targets that fit your actual week.

STEP 03

Train + track

We train, we log everything, and we adjust weekly. You'll see the progress in numbers, not just in the mirror.
